About
Automotive website design, backed by industry experience.
Driven Digital designs websites for automotive businesses, informed by direct experience in the industry. The objective is a shop that stands out from its competition at the moment a customer decides where to spend.
The background
Experience inside the automotive industry.
Driven Digital is a one-person studio, and my background is in the automotive industry rather than only in web design. I have spent enough time around shops, detailers and the customers who book them to know what the work involves, how it gets priced, and what makes someone trust one bay over the one next door.
That matters more than it sounds. Most agencies treat a shop like any other local business. They do not know the difference between a paint correction and a maintenance wash, they cannot tell PPF from a wrap, and the copy they write makes a coating specialist sound like a drive-through car wash. Detail-obsessed customers notice that within seconds.
Because I already understand the industry, the first conversation is about your customers and your best jobs — not about explaining what you do for a living. That saves weeks and produces a site that sounds like your shop instead of a marketing template.
The mission
An independent shop should not lose a job because a franchise across town has a bigger marketing budget. A clear, fast, honest website is how a one-bay operation stands next to the chain — and wins on the work.
So the aim is not to make you look like everyone else in your city. It is to show what makes your shop different, prove it with your own photos and reviews, and make it obvious how to book — so the comparison ends with a call to you.
How I work
How every project is approached.
Only automotive
Shops, detailers, tint, PPF, performance and restoration. Every layout and every line of copy already fits your industry on day one.
Plain language
If a sentence needs a marketing degree to decode, it gets rewritten. Your customers want to know what you do, what it costs and when you can fit them in.
Standing out, on purpose
Templates make every shop look interchangeable. We find the two or three things you genuinely do better and build the page around proving them.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, analytics and photos belong to you. No hostage accounts, no site you cannot take with you if we ever part ways.
Next step
Start a conversation about your shop's website.
Send your current site and the name of the competitor you are measured against. That is usually the most useful place to begin.
